A former Bergen County man who murdered his family while home from a prestigious military school in 1976 was released on parole late last month after spending more than 45 years in state prison, officials said Tuesday. “Harry De La Roche was granted parole release to a residential community program, effective June 29,” said Patrick Lombardi, spokesman for the New Jersey State Parole Board in Trenton.
