Scott Walker Signs Bill Limiting Powers of Incoming Wisconsin Democratic Governor

Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker signed a bill on Friday that will limit the powers of Democratic Gov.-elect Tony Evers, who defeated him in the November election.
