Biden Campaign Asks Networks to Not Book Giuliani

Former vice president Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign has asked major television networks to refrain from booking President Donald Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, as a guest, accusing him of knowingly lying for the president's benefit Trump in order to promote his own narrative. Giuliani took to Twitter to accuse Biden of using his influence and past positions to unfairly gain an advantage in media. Media coverage has been especially split: right-leaning outlets have rebuked the Biden camp for limiting the freedom of speech of a conservative player, whereas left-leaning outlets have cited examples of Giuliani's rhetoric and apparent dissemination of false information to back up the Biden campaign's request.
