More than 100 U.S. Air Force airmen had their promotions revoked after officials discovered an error in the scoring of an examination that was used in the promotion process, the U.S. Air Force said on Tuesday.
According to a news release, the mistake "fundamentally corrupted" the security forces promotion list during the Air Force's 26E6 technical sergeant promotion cycle. But the Air Force said no other specialty codes, which are used to identify specific jobs, were impacted by the error...
