Hungary's newly inaugurated Prime Minister Péter Magyar has ordered caretaker ministers from the outgoing Orbán government to provide an urgent written account of all decisions and financial commitments made after Saturday afternoon, citing reports of ongoing document destruction within ministries.

In a letter published on Facebook on Monday evening, Magyar demanded that acting ministers submit detailed explanations by 10 pm regarding all state decisions and obligations undertaken after 4 pm on Saturday, when the new parliament was formed.
