Cafe V building sold

The former Café Vermilionville building has a new owner. The historic building at 1304 W. Pinhook Road sold this week for $1.1 million, land records show. The buyer is C-Side Destin Properties, which is registered to Robert Champagne III and Elizabeth Champagne of Lafayette, records show. The seller was Rickwood LLC, which is registered to Ken Veron Sr. and Mary Veron.
