An extensive "hunter's paradise" near Franklinton owned by the late New Orleans developer Joe Jaeger is on the market for just under $5 million, part of a collection of properties the executors of Jaeger's estate are seeking to sell. The property — named Trison, a reference to Jaeger's sons — had been a weekend retreat for the developer and his family for years.
