Germany to remove Chinese tech giant Huawei from its 5G network

Germany is expected to cut out Chinese companies’ involvement and equipment in its 5G wireless network. The government and major phone carriers have agreed to a plan to remove components made by tech giant Huawei and other Chinese firms over the next five years from the network, several German newspapers reported.
