Two Pronounced Dead after Dual-Car Collision near East Fulton Street STOCKTON, CA (July 9, 2024) – Luis Cervantes Jr. and Javier Gonzalez died Sunday night, in a two-car crash on West Lane. The incident occurred at approximately 9:22 p.m., near East Fulton Street and Bourbon Street. Currently, Stockton officials are investigating the cause of the incident.
