First permits issued for Huntsville’s $375 million Front Row development

Huntsville residents will soon see the two apartment buildings start to rise at the $375 million Front Row development site across from the Von Braun Center.
Two permits were issued for $11.3 million pads for the two buildings at the intersection of Clinton Avenue and Monroe Street. The development is being built on the site of the former Coca-Cola plant. It the most expensive project issued permits in the Huntsville area since April 18, according to Southern Exposure Information.
