Authorities ID man found dead with stab wound at West Side bus stop

SAN ANTONIO – A man who was found dead with a stab wound at a West Side bus stop earlier this week has been identified. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Frank Hernandez, 24. San Antonio police said officers received a call for a welfare check at around 9:20 a.m. Monday at a bus stop near West Poplar and North Zarzamora streets, not far from Woodlawn Lake.
