Dallas gives Alto five-year exclusive on passenger pickup at Love Field baggage claim

Alto will be the only ride-hailing service allowed to pick up customers outside baggage claim at Dallas Love Field for the next five years, while customers of Uber and Lyft will have to trek to a new and controversial designated area in the parking garage.
