Politics,Sexual Misconduct,Scandal,Capitol Police
Last year, Capitol Police investigated a sex tape incident on the House side in which videos and pictures allegedly showed a staffer engaged in sexual activity in a Capitol office.
According to a report from Semafor, a staffer for Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA) was allegedly filmed masturbating in what appeared to be a Capitol office. Then, subsequently, there was a photo of two men allegedly showing them engaging in sex in a Capitol office, Semafor reported.
The Washington Examiner has not viewed the footage of the video or seen the picture.
A spokesperson for Newhouse declined to confirm the staffer's name but said in a statement that there was an investigation last year and that no “conclusive evidence” was found.
