Perimeter Solutions Signs 5-Year Wildfire Response Deal With USDA

Perimeter Solutions said it signed a five-year deal with the U.S. Agriculture Department that will see the agency convert to using Perimeter's powder retardant technology for fighting fires. Under the terms of the deal, the maker of firefighting chemicals said, the USDA will transition to Perimeter full-service operations at most or all federal tanker bases. In addition, the deal will see upgrades to air tanker base capacity and capabilities, as well as streamline logistics, increase capacity and strengthen support for fire crews and communities on the front lines, Perimeter said....
