The International Monetary Fund (IMF) on Tuesday upgraded its economic outlook for Türkiye and the world for this year and next, as efforts to circumvent Donald Trump's sweeping tariffs sparked a bigger-than-expected surge in trade, while the U.S. president stepped back from some of his harshest threats.
