Fetterman Talks Shutdown, MTG, New Memoir on 'The View'

On Tuesday, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) joined ABC's The View for a virtual interview in which he discussed the government shutdown, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), and his new memoir, among other topics.
