Combined system will cover portions of Wisconsin, Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Northeastern Minnesota. St. Luke’s in Duluth and Aspirus Health in Wisconsin announced Wednesday they have agreed on a proposal to join their systems. The health care systems said their approach and philosophies are a good match.
