Mistrial declared in Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial

A Supreme Judicial Court justice heard arguments from Lindsay Clancy's attorney Kevin Reddington after he filed a motion related to a juror who he said was holding up the deliberations.

SJC Justice Dalila Argaez Wendlandt said she would take the issue under advisement.

Judge William Sullivan was about to declare a mistrial Friday morning when Reddington made the last minute pitch for an emergency stay to the SJC.
