A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, will stand trial for the political activist's murder.

Robinson will stand trial for the following charges:

Aggravated murder – a capital felony offense carrying the potential for the death penalty
Felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury – a first-degree felony
Obstruction of justice – a second-degree felony involving the moving of a firearm
Obstruction of justice – a second-degree felony involving the disposal of clothing
Witness tampering – a third-degree felony for allegedly instructing a roommate to delete text messages
Witness tampering – a third-degree felony for allegedly directing a roommate to stay quiet
Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child...
