Bryan Kohberger seeks to withdraw guilty plea in deaths of Idaho students: report

Bryan Kohberger, who pleaded guilty to killing four University of Idaho students, is now reportedly saying he wants to withdraw his guilty plea and reopen the case.

Kohberger released a statement to The New York Times through his family, in which he stated that justice was not served, calling the authorities' view of the case "myopic" and "a work of fiction."

"Circumnavigated by a broken plea, the trial never provided the public the clarity conducive to closure, and justice shall remain abjectly miscarried unless that plea is withdrawn," Kohberger wrote...
