Sebastian County early voting for runoff elections to start Tuesday

FORT SMITH --Voters in Fort Smith and Lavaca will have a chance to cast early ballots in the two runoff elections this week. Early voting for two runoff races in Sebastian County will open Tuesday with four days of voting to take place before Election Day next week on Dec. 3.
