Moscone Center loses another conference in latest blow to S.F. tourism sector

The American College of Surgeons has canceled its 2029 San Francisco conference in the latest blow to the city’s hard-hit tourism sector. San Francisco Travel, the city’s tourism bureau, confirmed the cancellation but did not give a reason. The surgeons organization didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
