A state board said Wednesday it has suspended the license of a Little Rock doctor who it said secretly took "inappropriate" videos of a female coworker while at work. The Arkansas State Medical Board suspended the license of Dr. Sikandar Murad in an emergency order signed on Oct. 16 by Dr. Edward Gardner, the board chairman, pending a hearing scheduled for Dec. 6.
