LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Laredo Sector Border Patrol hosted a media event on Friday, June 21 to discuss the risks of illegal border crossings. Chief Patrol Agent Jesse D. Munoz led the event at Tres Laredos Park at 9:00 a.m. Officials talked about trends in smuggling and showed how they use drones to rescue migrants.
