Prosecutor declines to charge ATF agents involved in deadly shooting of Little Rock airport director

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An Arkansas prosecutor said Friday that he is not filing charges against the federal agents involved in the shooting death of the former executive director of the Little Rock airport.
