LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An Arkansas prosecutor said Friday that he is not filing charges against the federal agents involved in the shooting death of the former executive director of the Little Rock airport. Sixth Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Will Jones said his office will not pursue charges at this time against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives or its agents in connection with the March 19 raid on the home of Bryan Malinowski.
