On Wednesday at 1:07 a.m. an updated tornado warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 1:30 a.m. for Allegheny, Beaver and Washington counties. "At 1:07 a.m., a confirmed tornado was located near Wellsville, moving east at 45 mph," states the weather service. "Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely."
