Two people were injured Monday afternoon — one with critical injuries —after a vehicle rollover on Interstate 35 south of Albert Lea. Jesma Roberta Hopper, 70, and John Albert Hopper, 71, both of Wichita, Kansas, were taken to Mayo Clinic Health System for their injuries. Jesma Hopper’s injuries were considered life-threatening, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Her condition as of Monday night was unknown.
