Wyoming shooting suspect located in Nebraska

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KLKN)– Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested Victoria Tidball, 28, of Saratoga, Wyoming, on suspicion of being connected to a shooting. The shooting happened in Saratoga on December 16. Wednesday evening, NSP received information that a suspect wanted in connection with the shooting may be traveling through Nebraska.
