Ian Cramer, the 42-year-old son of Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND), was charged with felony manslaughter Thursday after he was allegedly involved in a crash after a police pursuit that resulted in the death of a North Dakota sheriff's deputy on Wednesday. The younger Cramer, who suffers from severe mental disorders, was charged with felony counts of manslaughter, fleeing a police officer, and reckless endangerment.
