Pete Davidson to do community service with FDNY after reckless driving charge, reports say

Looks like comedian Pete Davidson will avoid serious punishment four months after crashing a car into a Beverly Hills home. The former Staten Islander, 29, was previously charged by the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office with reckless driving. Though the charge could have carried a sentence of up to 90 days in jail, a $1,000 fine and a point on his driver’s license, Davidson was instead able to enter an 18-month-long diversion program without pleading guilty or no contest, according to TMZ.
