Joe Biden skipped the NATO dinner Tuesday night and went back to his hotel. He was too tired. That’s one of he downsides of the leader of the free world being 80-years-old. He’s too tired to do the job. His staff made excuses for the unusual turn of events. They said he has four full days of work and he has a speech to prepare. He has only been in Europe since Sunday. He enjoyed a weekend at his Delaware beach house. Most Americans work at least a five-day week....
