BLUFF, San Juan County — A small tornado was spotted in San Juan County Saturday, touching down near the Colorado-Utah border. KSL Meteorologist Matt Johnson said the tornado touched down on the ground in southeast Utah, just north of Montezuma Creek, which is about 15 miles east of Bluff.
