Where Has Iran Attacked US Bases and Embassies?

Kuwait: Six US troops were reportedly killed in an Iranian drone strike on Sunday in Port Shuaiba, Kuwait. The troops, four of whom were identified as Capt. Cody A. Khork, Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, and Spc. Declan J. Coady, were all part of a "sustainment unit" based in Des Moines, Iowa. The other two have not been publicly identified at the time of this publishing.

Dubai: An Iranian kamikaze drone reportedly struck the parking lot of the US Consulate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Tuesday. The strike caused a fire – now extinguished – in the consulate's chancellery building. "All personnel are accounted for," according to Rubio.

Riyadh: Iran also launched a drone strike on the US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday, causing damage to the embassy's roof. No American casualties were reported, and the US State Department reportedly plans to evacuate Americans from Riyadh and across the Middle East. The embassy is indefinitely closed.Β 

For Context: The US launched "Operation Epic Fury" on Iran early Saturday morning, reportedly killing Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. President Donald Trump described the operation as "massive and ongoing."
