Nolan Wells' death 'consistent with drowning,' no wrongdoing: Grand jury

A grand jury in Mississippi unanimously decided there was no evidence of criminal activity in the death of Nolan Wells.

Wells, 18 at the time of his death, disappeared on July 4 after traveling to Mississippi's Horn Island with friends.

He reportedly stayed behind, and his peers returned without him but with his cell phone and keys. His body was found two days later.
