An illegal immigrant from El Salvador, who DHS claims was previously released, is now back in jail after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman.

Cristobal Liobardo Vasquez-Sanchez was arrested in Arlington, Virginia, on May 25 after allegedly inappropriately touching the victim, ABC7 News reported.
