JD Vance Faces Call to Not Just Focus on Trade in Trip to Russia's Backyard

The daughter of leading Azerbaijani opposition leader Ali Karimli has told Newsweek the visit to her country by JD Vance to cement trade ties coincides with a "peak of repression" in the former Soviet republic.
