The medical condition of Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is improving: Hospital officials upgraded his condition Tuesday from serious to fair. Tsarnaev, 19, had been listed in serious condition since he was captured Thursday night inside a boat in a backyard in the Boston suburb of Watertown, Mass. He is being held in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center under heavy guard.
