Near miss with EasyJet flight sparks emergency probe

An EasyJet plane came within metres of a horror crash with another airliner as it prepared to take off from southern France, as an investigation has been launched. Passengers on the EasyJet airbus were in their seats with the aircraft about to begin its take-off on the runway when they heard a huge roar.
