Police took an emotionally disturbed man into custody after he stole a boat from a Manhattan marina and took it out for a joyride in the Hudson River Saturday morning, cops said. Officers were informed around 11:18 a.m. by workers at the Dyckman Marina, near the Henry Hudson Bridge in Inwood, that a 40-year-old man had stolen a sailboat docked there and taken it out into the middle of the Hudson River.
