Trump reports 'excellent' call with Xi on trade, Taiwan

President Trump on Wednesday said he held an "excellent" phone call with Chinese President Xi Jinping, touting movement on soybean purchases by China as well as trade and discussions on global conflicts including Taiwan, Russia's war in Ukraine and Iran.

Trump's call with Xi comes ahead of the president's expected trip to China in April. The Chinese government did not immediately have a readout of the call between the two presidents...
