White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told CBS News that President Trump would sue the media outlet if it cut its 13-minute interview with the president, according to multiple news reports on Saturday.

CBS News's Tony Dokoupil interviewed Trump on Tuesday for the "CBS Evening News." After the interview was finished taping, Leavitt passed on a message from the president to Dokoupil and his colleagues, The New York Times reported.
