Italian Prime Minister Girogia Meloni also suggested suspending the Schengen Area with Spain, which is a zone allowing people within 29 European countries to travel across borders freely. "They're [migrants] not fleeing from war or poverty. It's an invasion," according to Santiago Abascal of the Right-wing Vox party, who added "They are military-aged men invited by Pedro Sanchez's corrupt government to storm our borders so they can roam Spain's streets shouting 'Viva Pedro Sanchez.'"
