Max Boot is a columnist for the Washington Post (Lean Left bias). His AllSides Media Bias Rating™ is Left.

An independent review of Boot's writing conducted in April 2022 by AllSides Managing Editor Henry A. Brechter (Center bias) noted a frequent bias against former President Donald Trump and Republicans and in favor of President Joe Biden, as well as calls for more content regulation on social media and other more progressive points of view.
