About Daily Record's Bias Rating

Daily Record is a news media source with an AllSides Media Bias Rating™ of Left.

The Daily Record is a Scottish tabloid newspaper. It "place[s] a strong emphasis on family values and [is] well-known for campaigning journalism which always seeks to act on behalf of the people of Scotland and in particular those sections of society who normally don't have a powerful voice to speak on their behalf."
As a Scottish publication, Daily Record advocates for Scotland to have a "powerful" voice in the UK and for more powers to be "devolved to Holyrood" (Scottish Parliament).
