A Quick Update to the AllSides Media Bias Chart™
AllSides has shifted the bias of Independent Journal Review (IJR) from Center to Lean Right following a review. As such, we've updated the AllSides Media Bias Chart™ to reflect the change. Version 5.1 is below:
For IJR, we noted signs of lean right bias such as consistent negative framing of Democrats; story choice limited to Capitol Hill angles that usually favor the right; consistent publishing of conservative commentary; no left-wing perspectives included; and the use of sensationalist language ("Rand Paul ripped," "shocking announcement.")
