Nancy Mace, who has oscillated between Trump critic and fan. Voters also go to the polls in Maine, Nevada and North Dakota, and a special House primary is being held in Texas’ 34th Congressional District to fill the vacancy left by Filemon Vela Jr. (D), who resigned March 31.
