The State Press is Arizona State University's student-run news publication. The publication became the first major university newspaper to go completely digital in 2014. The AllSides Bias Ratingβ„’ for The State Press remains as not rated until more research on its bias can be conducted.

More On The State Press

The State Press was founded in 1906. ASU's first newspaper The Normal Echo was first published in 1890, but The State Press began its operations as an independent entity in 1906. In 1984, the paper started operating as a daily student newspaper. In 2013, it went from being a daily paper to a weekly paper in an effort to increase The State Press' presence online. Al Michaels, now a Monday Night Football sportscaster, is the paper's most famous ex-employee.
