If you can’t say anything nice: Positive reviews for Obamacare few and far betweenA new poll says Americans are less likely to have negative perceptions of Obamacare’s rollout, yet two thirds of them still think its implementation hasn’t been so hot.
The Associated Press-Gfk poll says 71 percent of people who tried to sign up — or live with someone who has — have encountered problems, although the portion of those having success increased to 40 percent from 24 percent in December.

No more touch-the-base-and-keep-running treatments, the way he’s handled it the past couple of years. This time, he’ll be expected to linger on base a bit, at least long enough to acknowledge the launch of the biggest domestic achievement of his presidency — and do it in the least awkward way possible.
