U.S. Reaches Nearly 100,000 New Daily COVID-19 Cases

On Friday, the United States recorded more than 97,000 new coronavirus cases in one day after reporting more than 91,000 infections on Thursday and 80,662 new cases on Wednesday. This marks the third day a new record has been set since 83,718 new cases were recorded on Oct. 23.
