Unsealed Records Detail Alleged Abuses, Accomplices of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell

Headline Roundup July 30th, 2020

Hundreds of transcripts and court records unsealed Thursday offer more details around the alleged high-profile sex crimes enabled and committed by the late Jeffrey Epstein and accused accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

The high-profile names mentioned in the documents, including Britain's Prince Andrew and former President Bill Clinton, were the focus of substantial media coverage. Coverage from many right-rated outlets focused heavily on the fact that the documents suggest Clinton flew on a plane to Epstein's island, which was allegedly the site of sexual misconduct and abuse of underage girls. The details about Clinton received far less coverage from left- and center-rated outlets, which generally concentrated more on the case as a whole, or on other accused celebrities.
